International call

It says I can’t complete a call to the us because I’ve used all my minutes. I’ve since bought us roaming talk and text and us long distance package to add to my unlimited talk.

first reboot your phone and try again

And, on your ticket of this post, you said "International Call", and you also mentioned you got US long distance package, please login My Account and confirm which long distance addon you got and if you have any minutes left.  The International LD one won't work for calling US

When you sign into your account,  can you see the add-on? Confirmation that it was added successfully?

If no, perhaps it was not done.

If yes, send a message to customer service  below to inquire.

I’m in Canada and added is long distance yesterday and turned phone off many times, still doesn’t work

are you in US or in Canada?

if you are in Canada, you only need your US long distance add-on

if you are in US, yes, you need your US roaming talk.  With US roaming talk, make sure you are connected to AT&T or T-Mobile.   

Try reboot your phone and test again
