International call subscriptions

I subscribed international call and I tried to call a couple of outgoing calls but it doesn’t work

To add to the lists below, that is if you purchased an International add on. 

If you get International minutes with your plan itself, you may be limited to the following only. 

China, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, and the UK.  You may wish to look at your plan to confirm.

where you trying to call?  only selected countries  is included in the International calling addon, here is the list

Calls must originate from Canada.
