Hi. I just paid for the international add on, and have discovered it does not include US minutes. I haven’t used any of the minutes. Can I cancel the add on and get a refund?

You need to buy the add-on specifically designed for calling US
Yes, PM can help to cancel the earlier purchase and put the money back into your account as a credit
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
