Hello for the international add on can I make calls from another country to Canada I have the Canada wide Plan only right now but will be travelling to South America just wanted to know before I purchase the addon.

It is going to much more reliable and cost effective to get a local prepaid data plan or voip app as suggested (as many countries, almost all countries are much cheaper than Canada).

PM does not provide service at other countries except at USA with proper add-on.

So no, you cannot make any calls having any PM plan from any other country but Canada and USA (maybe if 3G is available somewhere).

Get free voip app and look for WiFi.

Hi @Ind   sorry, no roaming for PM outside of USA

Get local data prepaid plan.  Then use TextNow to make free calls and text back to Canada.  TextNow will work as long as you have mobile data or Wifi

The international add on means that you can make a call to another country from Canada, not the other way around, since Public Mobile only have servers within Canada, or the states.

No. Public only works while in Canada or with roaming add-ons only in the states.
