Installed Sim card yesterday..Cannot receive in calls, but can place outcalls.
Iphone 5.. Anybody help? some of the forums are talking about a porting issue?

Chribasm! you are the best haha.. a simple restart is all i needed and i can receive calls now.. Thanks a lot 🙂

@J_brown1  - Then definitely contact mods.  Something is not right.  You did restart your phone at least once after activating the plan...

Hi, chrisbasm. I chose a new # from the public mobile website

@J_brown1  - Did you port in a number?  If it was from a cell carrier, should be done by now (normally).  If you are porting fro ma land line or a VOIP line, could take a while longer.
