@Kimonehen33 - did you activate in-store? If so, then you likely did not register for a Self Serve account yet.
You Self Serve account is used for many things to help you manage and see details of your account.

Your welcome email contains your activation info. The account number is embedded in the "send to" portion. Your 4 digit account pin# is sent via SMS text from 611. Basic account info can also be accessed by calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number. All other info is accessed by logging into your self serve account. The username is your email and you created your password when you activated your sim card.

go sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account,
if you Forgot your password close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,
and try open one Browser incognito mode,
and try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,
or you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

- Click on "My Account" on the top right hand corner
- Enter your username and password to log in
Once you have logged in, all of your information including all the rewards will be displayed for you in the "Overview" tab. You can click on the link "View My Usage" to see the detailed information about how your account was used and you can click on "Plan Details" to see what kind of plan that you have signed up with.

You can login to MY Account Self-serve.
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
If you need your account number , it is on the top right after you logon
The overview tab will give you most the info that you need like your current plan, your next payment date , your current data add-on, etc
You can also find Usage History and Transaction History there as well
