Incorrect rewards for my account

I'm on a 90 day cycle and my auto-payment is due in 2 days but when I took a look at the rewards I'm getting, I notice it was for a 30 day plan.

The 90 day auto-pay should be $6 but mine is $2, 90 day 1 year loyalty reward is $1 per 30 days so it should be $3 for 90 days but mine is set at $1 and my refer-a-friend should be $6 instead of $2.

Please look into my account.

Glad you were able to resolve the issue @kkum!  I noticed my rewards don't seem to be adding up either, but I'll wait to see what happens after my first renewal on the 18th. I am glad, however, that in case of problems, we have some great moderators here at PM to help!

I just changed my plan and it seems to have fixed itself 🙂
