I wanna transfer from fizz to public mobile. I already receive message from fizz to transfer my number, but public mobile said my account number incorrect. Public mobile app already shows my number but I can’t use the SIM card.

Account number with Fizz is confusing when it comes to porting. You need to work with PM to figure that out
there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for help I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
