I just transferred from fizz to public mobile, but I received a message saying that the account number is incorrect and someone will contact me, but I still haven’t get the call. So I don’t know if the number transfer successfully or not. Anyone can help me confirm this?

From what I am reading from other users, the average wait time to get a response back from customer service is 1 day. Hang in there! They will get back to you and resolve your issue.
