Incomplete port from Wind. No incoming calls.

I tired to port my number from Wind to Public; however to find that only outgoing calls/ SMS, and data works. I've been having this problem for 5 days now and I've sent in a support request. Please help, I need this number for work.

To speed up teh process private message marry, as she was already tagged.
send her your
- ported number
- old ccount number
- old accound name exatly as was on bills
- current sim number
also have you tried putting in your old wind card to see what happens if you can get calls use that till all is sorted out.

Seems there have been a few problems with the porting, i have seen a few comments lately today reguarding this. Please hold on as the teams are working on finding a solution, There are higher than normal volumes due to the increased activations. @Mary_M
i have tagged a moderator, please have your account # ready for them when they request it (in Private Message, not in the public forum) so they can look into your situation.
I have been with PM for a few months now, i had a few short headaches after activation but i have had no issues since then. things will smooth out.
