Its been half a month and i still cant get help from anyone.
I have transfered services from Wind to Public Mobile for 10 days now and I still have the same problem. I cannot recieve incoming calls. I have a support request (#2694-5408) for this problem already, asked for help from the community a while back (...
I tired to port my number from Wind to Public; however to find that only outgoing calls/ SMS, and data works. I've been having this problem for 5 days now and I've sent in a support request. Please help, I need this number for work.
