As mentioned above, setting your phones to 3G should solve the problem for now.

If you don't find the setting to do it, you can try this:

dial *#*#4636#*#* on your phone
select Phone Information then Set preferred network type to WCDMA.

Thanks. Well, it seems to be have corrected itself within the last 10 minutes or so.

Calls seems to be going through. Testing with my home phone.

forgot to mention.. no, I'm in the GTA, not London area.

@ztim and @mattdxb, are you both in the London Area?  It seems to be an issue in that area and it could be hardware that is being updated causing the issue.

@mattdxband @ztim   Telus (parent company of PM) is upgrading their equipment in some areas and some customers are being affected so the suggested workaround (for now) is to temporarily switch the network to 3G/WCDMA setting on your phones.

Looks pretty clear to me this is a network issue as I am on Telus (not Public) and I'm having the same issue. No incoming calls but can make outgoing calls with no issue.

I only found out since my dad called me (via whatsapp) and told me he couldn't receive incoming calls either and he's on Public.

although it seems interesting that it doesn't seem very widespread. I'm not seeing many other reports aside from the PM subreddit

Did you recently port your phone number over to PM ?

Make sure that you have do not disturb set on your phone.  Also try rebooting your phone.
