Incoming calls going straight to voicemail

A few times already a friend mentioned he called me the other day but i didn't pick up and the call went straight to voicemail, i checked my logs and there were no calls on my end. Is this happening to anyone else?

 try Reset All Networks and seeif it helps 

and do you have another phone to test the sim?? It can force a sim re-provision and can resolve the problem
