Inactive email

Email used to set up account is inactive. Need to change payment info and can't log in!  What do I do?  Simon is USELESS for this request.

You can still use your inactive email and password then have the 2FA code sent by text to access your active account.

When it comes to changing the e-mail addres, please go back to SIMon and when there, type "change self serve e-mail address".

@jlalond2 only PM support will be able to help to change email address used on My Account.  Please open a Forgot Password type of ticket as follow:

 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
