Hi I've just tried switching from koodo to public.

However, activation failed and apparently the phone lines been transferred already. But I got no e-sim card option to install during the activation process. I cannot access my account as I cannot get a txt or VM without any service. Its not providing me an email option either. 

Can anyone offer help? I've been online trying to get assistance since 7am.

It's not going well for me at all.

If you want to try a sim card you can get one from Amazon in most cases it should be delivered in a day or two

Trying this now. Thank you, I'll post progress soon.

Of course I cannot send the code to another Public number so I'm trying to get someone else not on this carrier

Of course and they aren't being helpful. 

Told me to go to store and get a sim. I live out of town.

I choose voicemail and nothing goes there either as I tried access it through the number there.

Try resetting network settings.

Reboot phone.

I believe you can enter code wrong 3 or 4 times to make it give you another option. Not 100% sure about it is as I have never tried but read some post about other doing it

That is correct

No option for email and the SR is't willing to send to my email address.

Under where you enter the code your not getting you should see did not get code click on it and send it to your email.
