Hi there,
I would reccomend a few things:
First, restart your device.
Second, go in to Setting->Mobile Networks->Network Operators->Search Networks->(operator)
If those don't work, you could also try reseating the SIM.

Try doing a manual network search and manual connection to AT&T network.
