@Ravi9 If you don't have a data plan, you need to buy an "add-on". If you have a data plan, you have to turn on your "mobile data" button in order to tell your phone to access the network.

would be nice if you can provide more information, like what issues you encountered.

Generally, make sure you have data turned on.  

If there are issue, check the WAP settings
