ok i just asked them for a new esim and they credited my account to buy one, after activating it i immediately had this fixed, both imessage and facetime are now working

@Adammmm

yea it is but i did just notice now in my sign in and security my number says its unavaialbe for imessage and facetime becasue "must have a SIM associated with an Apple device for ### ### #### to be used for imessage and facetime" so i think its a sim issue but im not super sure

@Adammmm

go in to settings > Apps > Messages...and make certain iMessage is enabled with your correct cell number.

@Adammmm

Normally you need to reset the Network settings then logout and log back in your your Apple account should work. It seems you have done that.

Next is to contact a CS_Agent for further help.
