id like to go to a lower plan since I no longer need as much data. On public mobiles main page there are plans for 20/30/35 dollars, but on my own account I can only pay more and not less and downgrading my plan isn't an option. It feels highly manipulative and I need this fixed. I'd like to go to a lower GB plan. How do I achieve this?

I have the very exact problem. There are only two options and I don’t want either. Why would I buy a 150G data plan when I even don’t need it!

Plans change about every month so check in regularly.
This is a bit of a hassle but the other option is to port out to another carrier and port back to PM an go with a lower plan for new members but you will loss all the points you have accumulated.

You can change your plan to plans available on your account ONLY!
If desired plan is NOT visible on your account that means it is NOT available to you and even talking to agent you cannot get it.
Some plans are available to NEW customers only and sometimes some nice plan are offered to existing customers.

sorry, you can only choose plans offered on your My Account, Change Subscription page. If you don't see plans you like, there is no way to get better plans
