If I can’t receive text message but don’t want to lose the 2GB bonus, what can I do ?

Apparently nothing. I am also unable to reach support.

The entire system is seemingly useless.

PM recommends that if you need to have the holiday gifts manually added to your account, you should reach out to a Customer Support Agent between December 16 and 31.

 

@Chrissyrioux12 yes as long as it is the sim that belongs to that account that you are trying to add the gifts to

@Bunnster hi if you did not receive the text yet you should try texting YES2 to 4911 to see if it will except it , after 15th of dec customer service will manually add the gifts for you 

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
