New customer attempting to log into my account. I have been able to receive confirmation codes via email however, it now wants to send one to me via text message. I have tried several times and not once received a code to get into my account.

Thank you... The chat bot wasn't helpful at all and I couldn't find the handle for the CS_Agents anywhere (everything took me back to chat bot).

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
