Hi, I am a new subscriber but cannot complete the setup process. I opened a new account and downloaded the Public Mobile app. After receiving the 6-digit confirmation via email to confirm my identity, it says CODE INCORRECT. I tried to clear my phone browser's cache, restart my phone, request new codes, but nothing works. Please advise. Thanks!

so, you are trying to use the PM app to complete the activation but unable to login ?
