My 3g won't work

I bought extra 3g add ons on September 4th after my data wouldn't work. And it hasn't worked, even though my subscription renewed only on Aug 24th.

I do not see that particular '3G add-on' in a add-on catalogue. You can buy minutes or data. Even lowest $15 plan is now 4G so I am confused what add-on are you talking about...

Heads up, if your phone only supports 3G you may need to upgrade to a 4G or 5G device as 3G is being shut down gradually in Canada.

Reset network settings first.  and make sure your turn off Mobile data limit

Check your PM account and confirm you DO have add-on added and it is not exhausted already.

Do hard reset of your phone (turn off, wait, turn on).
