I am nearing the end of my first month. I would like to top up for my second month as I have not selected autopay. For some reason my account indicates that I already have sufficient funds and that the amount due is zero! Can someone explain this?

Dont you remember your plan one month ago!
If sufficient fund, it most likely is.

therre was a promo a 4 weeks ago, offering a free second month so you could have been part of that. when exatly dod you sign up?
