I'm trying to set up an account. My imei card (which I purchased from Virgin Mobile last year) has 15 digits The Account Setup asks for 19 digits Can I use my imei card or will I have to purchase a new card? Thanks, Carl

IMEI refers to the phone, you can use it when you transfer them number.
Are you referring to sim card or to the phone, what page of the activation form are you on?

@carlduguay you dont need your imei number to port your number. You can get it by dialing *#06# on your phone. Give them the name on the account, number to port and the Virgin account number. Welcome to PM. Stay safe.
Here's 4 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward if you need them:

You need public mobile sim card not virgin.
Here I a link to pubic mobile card that's now only 3.33 dollars.
You can also go to Walmart and ask them if they will give you free card if you activate in the store, you can still use your friend's referral in store
