Is a Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo SM-G903W  compatible with Public Mobile? Thanks, Carl

I'm trying to set up an account. My imei card (which I purchased from Virgin Mobile last year) has 15 digits The Account Setup asks for 19 digits Can I use my imei card or will I have to purchase a new card? Thanks, Carl
