im unable to access my service it says my account is suspended my bill is paid and i'm sure there is something wrong here

so, you really have no service at all? is today or yesterday the renewal date?

call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and confirm if your account is really suspended

and if you need PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
