Just went to the self-serve portal to pre-pay (or top up my plan.) Used the drop-down menu to select "Pay amount due" and submitted the payment request which was followed by confirmation.
Subsequently checked my credit card statement and a transaction amount which was different was presented.
Please advise.

Did you account for taxes? The Public Mobile account refers to funds without tax. When you go and move that amount, tax is added and charged
