Why can’t I change my number ?????????? It always says Chang failed

@Alex888  I am not sure about this if they just signed up? I thought when you first sign up and select a new number (not porting) you have to wait 30 days after a new activation to select a new number again, as the first number counts as selecting a new number... but I could be wrong.

@will13amfrom what @Betheevill  described it must count otherwise she should be able to change it. If it's a security issue then my recommendation is for @Betheevill  to contact a moderator to see if they can make an exception.

 

@Betheevilljust click here the link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

@Betheevill  If you changed it already once within the last 30 days you can't change it again, but if you find a number you want you can contact the mods and they may be able to "hold" the number for you when that 30 day period is over, if that number was one you specifically wanted.

@Betheevill Are you trying to move your number from another company? Have you change your number in the last 30 days? Have you tried the Chrome browser in incognito mode?
