But I can not log in to my account 

Every time I clic on the I forgot my password link it simply locks me out with no access to my account it says

They work everyday of the week.  Please familiarize yourself with the knowledge base before assisting others.  Having said that, the response time is around 48 hours based on workload.

Has your account been cancelled? 90 Days aftwer no payment it will cancel. If your account hasn't been cancelled then you will need to contact the mods.
