I would like to change my subscription but it is not there

Hi.

I know how to change my subscription, but the plan that I am looking for is not at the available plans. (the blackfriday 30GB data on 5G speed plan)

Anyone can help me to change my plan to this? Or any call in number for customer service?

@zozilla , I see that plan offered to Customers in QC but not to rest of Canada! 😞

I will try to send them if I can change to 30GB plan for $34

You could try sending a message to customer service, but I doubt you would get anywhere. The available plans are the ones listed under “Change Subscription”. 

Send them a message here with the link and tell them you want this advertised plan.

To me, this looks like another one of their continued "Typo's" they are famous for.

Login to your account on the app or website. Click on Subscription & Add-on (on app - click on + in circle). 
Search for plan under 5G and switch plan on next renewal date.

If you switch now, you will be charge for current and new plan.

This isn’t a currently available subscription.  You can see that by looking at the list of plans on the main public public mobile.ca site. There’s a $34/20 plan, but not a $34/30 plan. That raises the question of why it shows up at that link. We don’t know - maybe it’s coming soon. All we can do is wait and see.

Have you tried using the phone app instead to switch over. That's how I did it and it was pretty easy. If you're using your PC you may need to go into your browser settings and clear your cache then restart your browser and try logging in again.
