did your payment card expire recently ? If you're stuck, just get to Shell gas or London Drugs and get enough Public Mobile payment vouchers to cover cost of regular plan renewal...then dail 611 to add them to your account for renewal. Then deal with payment card issue at your leisure.

Or are you paying with manual payment with vouchers?

If it is by AutoPay, login to your accounts and check if Subscribe button is enabled for future payments.
