@freddie911 , No worries. It happens. I think it would be reasonable to send a private message to a Customer Support Agent, explaining what happened, along with a request to refund the erroneous subscription. Typically, refunds are not offered for pre-paid service, but they may make an exception in this case.

Hello @freddie911 , The screenshot shows the purchase of a 30 day subscription ($39), and then 5 minutes later a 90 day subscription ($34 x 3 = $102). Did you mistakenly change the plan with immediate effect for 30 days, and then realize that you wanted the additional $5 monthly discount by paying for 90 days? If there was confusion in making a plan change, you can certainly reach out to a Customer Support Agent for further assistance.

I was hoping to sign up for $34/20 GB plan, however it did not work. So i tried it again. Finally realized that i needed to pay for 3 months and it did not give me the option to choose it as of next bill date..which was strange..

Was the change to the 90 day plan scheduled ahead of time or did you manually process an immediate plan change?  If someone does an immedaite plan change (even if it's on the regular renewal date), this type of thing happens.  I'm trying to figure out if this was a system glitch that needs to brought to Public Mobile's attention.

@freddie911 did you use Change Now for plan change twice?

where you see it shows you PM charged you twice? Can you login to My Account and check the Payment history and post us the screenshot of the transactions about the plan change?
