Follow the arrows that @hairbag1 gave in his screenshot. Then you will be able to change plans. Select speed. Use the arrows til you hit the plan you want then change plan on renewal @Sevenn211

@Sevenn211 just login to My Account, Plan & Addons page, click Change my plan.  Make sure you look under 4G speed plan tab
