Does she remember the email she registered with. Else try 'forgot password' with all the possible email addresses she can think she was using at the time of account creation. One of them should work.. check spam folder as well.
Second option is to contact support agents by clicking the blurb on the bottom right and open a ticket, they ll be able to help you after authorizing your account.

@davidsbuchanan : You can buy vouchers in many stores or online and redeem them through the 611 service or also 18554public. Or do instant top in a few stores.
There might be some current problems with vouchers though.
Edit: if a payment card is already registered then you can also use 611 and toll free to make a payment. You'll need the 4 digit account though.

@davidsbuchanan did she or you try the forgot password link?
Try with the different email addresses you might have used. If you got the correct one, you will be asked to answer the security question.
If you are unable to reset it that way, you will have to open a ticket with PM Support. click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

in the login screen, just below where you enter the password, there is a a link to "forgot password. You should get an email with instructions on how to change the password.
