I want to change my plan to $35 plan 60GB, Can-US-Mex.
But I can't find it on my app.
Can you change it?

As for can we change it. No we are mostly customers here and have no access to your account.

What plan are you on now ($, GB, etc)?
And when you go in the app and click "Change Subscription", what are all the plans available to change? Include any available 4G plans. It might be possible for you to change to a lower priced plan and then have the $35 60GB Can-US-Mex plan become available afterwards.

If it is not listed in your account under Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription then you are not eligible for the $35 Can/US/Mex plan. You will need to port out to another carrier and port back as a new member but you will need a new SIM/eSIM.
If it is listed then you can switch but click on your Next Renewal Date.
