Public mobile is **bleep** does not allow entrance to profile or any access Chat not is a **bleep**ing joke I guess I will cancel my credit card 💳 from them having access never use this **bleep** public mobile again a **bleep**ing ghost

try to use Forgot email and Forgot password to reset

It will not let me into account keep asking email and password 

whem I do login only can view the plans

How to cancel Public Mobile

1.Log into your Public Mobile online account.

2.Disabled the auto-pay feature.

3.Remove your credit card details from your account.

4.All done! Your service will be shut off automatically at the end of the billing cycle.

you can login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Autopay there to stop PM from taking money in your next renewal and account will then be suspended

To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number

Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead.  Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed

To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:

@Heeyoung , if you wish to cancel without a number transfer out, then simply go into your online account and disable the auto subscription.  Once the current plan cycle ends, your service will be suspended.  If it remains suspended for 90 days, the account will deactivate.

Stop paying. Turn off the subscription in the account. Turn off autopay in 611 (needing the 4 digit account pin). Pause the credit card on renewal night. Change the credit card to a zero balance visa gift card. Send a request to cancel to support (according to the terms and conditions).
