I want to cancel subscription

You can do this one of 3 ways:

1. stop paying by removing the subscription status from your account self-serve site
2. port your number to another provider
3. ask the customer support agents to close your account (don't do this if you plan to port to another provider)

Log in to your account, go to the payment section, remove subscription/auto pay. Please note, the account closes after 90 days of no payment and you will also lose your number if you don't port it out during this time..
