@Pornluvr so none of incoming calls, outgoing calls and data working?
what do you see on the top of screen? SIM not provisioned? No network?
did you try to put your SIM on another phone?
what kind of phone are you using? was that a phone that have been working well before you put PM sim in?

So, did you complete the activation process by activating with a new phone number or did you port one from another provider?
And did you complete the last payment section?

IF so, what does your status say?
If you insert the Public Mobile, SIM card do you have any services?
With the SIM in the phone try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings
Sometimes vouchers take time to be activated after purchase. Check for more than one 12-digit number on the voucher.
