I should pay for 75$ dollars but PM charged me 103.48$.Why?

My plan is $90 per 90 Days.

And i have Loyalty Reward ($9) and AutoPay Reward ($6).

So I should pay 75$ per 90 days.

But PM charged me 103.48$ yesterday.How can i take my money back?
