I referred my sister & used the code but didn't get credit for it

For customers on the points system the one point is not reflected immediately. It is only posted on your renewal date. As well, customers on the point system do not get a list of the phone numbers (last 4 digits) who have used your referral code. I am on the points system and there is no way to tell how many referrals you have until your renewal date. Yes, you may get notified by text from 611, but this is never accurate.

Your sister will receive a $10 account credit within 72 hours.  The $1 reward (or point) should be reflected in your account immediately, but it could be delayed by about the same amount of time.
