I didn't receive my 2.00 auto pay on my last preauthorized payment, I always get a messgae with the discounts. How do I correct this and get a credit back. My 1 year is almost up & was looking forward to the 1.00 Loyality discount. Please help. Thanks

@gcrs123, take a look at the rewards tab also to see whether the proper rewards are being assigned to the account. The payment history will also show the rewards issued at renewal time.
