Hello,
I have not received my sim card even though I have purchased on Dec 25th 2025. I have paid an entire bill without being able to use my phone AT ALL during this time. I would like my month refunded and credited. This is inexcusable. Please provide me with a SIM card, thank you!

I ordered a physical SIM card from Amazon in early Dec 2025 and it was delivered two days later via Canada Post — and I’m in rural British Columbia

try to be patient and I'm confident the sim will get there soon. If you want, you can order one on Amazon for about $5 with fast shipping...free shipping if you or friend has a Prime account. Once you get it, you'll download the Public Mobile app to your cell and activate your new account. If you're planning to bring your number in from previous network, make sure you maintain the account in good standing until number transfer is successful.

once you do get the sim card, then you'll actually activate your plan. Your 30 days haven't started yet.

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update
Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one
