I paid for new month subscription , but old data usage still exists , why?

My data usage last month( May 25 to june 25 )was 22gb/50 gb . Now I paid for new month ( june26 to July 26 ) but the data usage still 22gb/50 gb , why ? It should be 0 gb/ 50 gb .

@Guildfordboy maybe you can try with Incognito mode and it will show the correct new usage

@Guildfordboy the system probably just needs to refresh.  Clear the data on your computer and log in again.

In the Public Mobile app, the usage shows the time and date of the last update. For some reason, I have notice that it can sometimes take 3 or 4 refresh attempts before the data counter gets updated.  From the overview section of the Public Mobile app, refresh the page by swiping down on the screen.  A spinning logo will briefly appear. You may have to do this a few times before the information actually updates.
