If you attempted to buy an add on (200Mb For $5 OR 1 Gb for $15) and then were sent to pay for the add on and did that... you then had to go back again and buy the add on with the funds you just added. If you didn’t do that the funds sat in your account and likely Some or all went towards your Next renewal which should have happened since it was More than 30 days ago.

@omaggie it has been for over a month. Are you sure you didn't use it up?
If you don't specify WiFi only updates or if you don't block WiFi assist your office may be using your data without you realizing.
Can you check your mobile usage and compare it to your usage history on your selfserve (I know there is lots of pages to go through, you can specify period and sort it by usage type)

@omaggie more information would be helpful. Did you buy an addon or you paid for your plan? Perhaps, you just added funds to your account. Now, you need to select a data addon from the list of addons and buy it using the funds from your self-service account.

@omaggie what data are you referring to? if you mean the 3g bonus data. It disappears when used up or when you switch plans.Stay safe.

Was it an add-on? Most likely, the funds were added to your account balance, but the add-on was never purchased/activated. Public Mobile doesn't allow an add-on to be purchased until fund balance has first been added.
