I order three days ago but I didn't get triple sim so can u tell me when I get

Hi I m using very long time and I want Change my plan then I call coustmer service they said if u want change plans go to online change ur self I checked so many times I can't so I order for new SIM card three days ago and they send me emil but I don't no when I get so please tell me when I get and how many days taking and are sure I can get tripled sim how do find the sipped
