I need to talk to someone to help fix my number,

My phone number, that's recently new. Is sending messages that I ain't sending, but it's my own number thats replying to people. I need to talk to someone to help me fix this.

@Pheleciia-mayy when you say sending messages, do you mean texts?  What kind of phone are you using?  Have you seen any of these texts, or are you perhaps seeing messages sent to an unexpected number in your usage history?

@Pheleciia-mayy To get this straight in my head. What number is it sending messages to is it one ending in 4001? Your voicemail number?  Thanks. If this isn't the case, your number got spoofed. Some one is contacting people using it. You can change your number every 30 days  from within your self service account.

PM does not have call centre.  Support is provided by moderators on this forum using private message.  It is not online chat that you get instant feedback.  But we can help you to troubleshoot your issue.

 

Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

After submitted a ticket, member should check your private message SENT folder for your ticket which you just created. You did not create the support ticket if you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.
Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.
