Could we get some more detail?

- Did you cancel your service before porting over from another carrier?

- Did you stopped payment for longer than 90 days?

If both questions are Yes then you can’t get your number back.

If your number is with your old provider, you need to open a ticket and submit a port request

Is your old number with another provider? Have you tried porting it in to PM?
