we attempted to create new public account.
we purchased the cards, the walmart employee filled out all the grunt work at the store.
had trouble with porting number from rogers.
spoke with rogers to have number unblocked, was a success.
public mobile sent a email saying the number was blocked.
now that number is released we are attempting to get phones working and it will not work. they are sending us to the beginning stages to re sign up and re pay
any help or guidance would be appreciated thanks

Yes I think I would deal that up with your current (previous) provider ASAP. Ports typically happen within a couple of hours, frequently within 30 minutes. Between Telus companies 30-60 seconds. So likely too late now.
Who was your previous provider?

0. Call your number from another phone to find out which provider SIM card rings. It is too late if your PM SIM card rings. Your old provider already released your number to PM.
1. Look for your SENT box for the message you sent to moderator and send another p[private message to moderator to stop the port.
2. As the same time, call your old provider to stop releasing your number to PM.

It's funny eh. If he's done all the reading to conclude that only the moderators can help him then why stop reading. Continue reading to see how to contact them.
🤔
Otherwise, why not throw it past the community and see what comes of it.
👍
For an example, OP account status may be expired on the evening of the day before the renewal day. We don't know if we do not ask.

I agree with @Anonymous's approach to determine whether the community can solve OP's problem first before going to the moderator team for the account related issue.
Correct me if I am wrong. The objective of this PM community forum is trying to provide solution as much as possible so that moderator team will have more time to work on account related issues.
As a result,
1. Moderator response time will be faster without answering question on how to update APN settings etc.
2. This will improve the subscribers experience.
We don't know what issue OP is having. With a simple question and OP provides more info.
OP's issue may be solved by us tonight without waiting until tomorrow for moderator to work on OP's problem.
Just my 2 cents.
Have a better and better days!

There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. Stay safe.
If it doesn't require account access we may be able to help you here faster.

Top of this page, click Get Help...then Chat with Simon to start process of moderator assistance.
While you wait for them, what is your concern...maybe we can help.

What seems to be the problem? Is there something the community can help you with?
