I am travelling for 12 months and I need to cancel my number and my account. I am unable to access my account. I sent forget password and I was able to reset my password but I still cannot get to my account to manage it. Please help

You mange to reset your password. Did you try using another browser? or even on another computer or phone?
If still fail, you might want to contact mod and get this sorted out.
Please note that if you cancel the account now, you would not be able to keep you phone number. There are ways to keep your phone number by porting over to other VoIP solution and you can then port your number back to a cell carrier when you are back. It will cost around $25 and would also close your PM account altogether. Let us know if you are interested.

@adnansaleh : If all else fails then you could put a stop on your payment card in the evening before the renewal and then restart the card the next morning. The autopay will fail and the account will suspend and then after 90 days it will deactivate and disappear.

Call 611 to remove autopay, if you have a card registered to your account.
Then after 90 days of non-payment your account automatically closes.
For Self Serve try clearing your browser's history then the forgot your password again.
OR, wait an hour if you had too many failed attempts.
